She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Wilshire Mitchell; her spouse Willard Vernon Pennington; her children, Debra Kay Toothman (Frank), Willard Scott Pennington (Emma) and Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Crystal Joann Greynolds (Kevin), Brittany Michelle, Franklin Scott Toothman (Amy) and Travis Ryan Pennington; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Emma, Mylee, Becklynn, Dahlia, Presley and Jolene; her sister Ruth Ann Nutting of South Haven, MI; her sister-in-law Dorothy Pennington of Ashland, VA; and her close friends, Bill Hawkins and Sue Hawkins.
