It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Eleanor Williams of Clarksburg, West Virginia, born in Wilsonburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dawson and Pearl E Sears Dawson; and her husband Garvin C Williams.
