He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Jenkins and Anna M. Stutler Jenkins; and his brother Stephen Wayne Jenkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Davis Jenkins of Clarksburg, Kenneth A. Jenkins of Clarksburg, Connie Sue Jenkins of Clarksburg, Gary Ray Jenkins of West Milford and Robert Eugene Jenkins (Patricia) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
