He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arnold and Zelma Inez Ross Broadwater. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Wilfong Broadwater; his daughters, Stephanie Workman (Ernest) of Richmond, VA, Leigh Ann Ritter (Michael) of Clarksburg and Allison Smith (Eugene) of Lost Creek; his grandchildren, Jacob Workman of Charleston, SC, Nathan Workman of Richmond, VA, Jeremiah Ritter of Clarksburg, Madeline Ritter of Clarksburg and Emma Smith of Lost Creek; his sister Marsha Shepherd (Michael) of Bridgeport; and his nieces, Meghan Flesher of Bridgeport and Mackenzie Shepherd of Bridgeport.
