He is survived by : his parents, William Fuller and Vicki Vanover Fuller of Clarksburg; his sister Michele Berry (Bill) of Clarksburg; his niece Amanda Freeze (Zachary); his nephew Erik Fuller (Samantha); and his great-nephews, Jack Freeze and Elliot Fuller. He is also survived by his family and friends.
