He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Pearl Harvath (Byrd); his son Timothy William Harvath of Clarksburg; his siblings, Karen Main of Wallace, Bobbi Jo Hager (Richard) of Ozark, AL, Tina Marchiny (Gary) of Lumberport, Duwan Romage (David) of Beckley, Shannon Lowe (Jeff) of Wallace, Ricky Harvath of Beckley and Mark Harvath of Lumberport; and his pet Chihuahua. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
