He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Bartley and Ollie Elizabeth Counts; and his siblings, Jerry Bartley, Darrell Bartley, Linda Bartley and Marvin Bartley.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Channell of Clarksburg; his children, Carrie Ann Miklos (Michael) of Clarksburg and Michael Bartley (Jessica) of Salem; his grandchildren, Brandon Davisson (Alyson), Nicholas Davisson (Nikki), Brian Davisson (Alyssa), Destiny Miklos, Michael Miklos Jr., Castle Fox and Levi Fox; and his great grandchildren, Alliyah, Noah, Paisley, Serenity, Makayla, River, James, Thomas and Baby Kolton.
