He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kay Harris Shields; his siblings, Yvonne Church, Glada Stump (Roger) and Gerry White; and his close friends, Carrol and Cora. He is also survived by two daughters; two sons; two step-daughters; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
