He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Smith of Katy, TX and Emmakay Swiger of Clarksburg, WV; and his siblings, David S. Arnett of Colorado Springs, CO and Veronica J. Arnett of Meadowbrook, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
