He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard D, Lucille M Cain Vincent, James H Todd Sr. and Stella M Givens Todd. He is survived by: his parents, Harley "Sonny" Willard and Margaret Darlene Todd Vincent of Mount Clare; his sister Jennifer Dawn Kirby (James "Jim") of Charleston, WV; and his nephews, Ayden and Conor Tiano. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
