He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Harlow and Sandra Shaffer Harlow; and his sister Rose Clevenger. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Pumphrey, Jonathan Harlow, Josh Harlow, Mathew Harlow and Aryonna Harlow; and his brother Steve Harlow. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
