He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perri and Mary Ann Garcia Perri; his wife Jewel Ann Criss Perri; his sister Dolores Perri Wells; and his sister-in-law Debbie Perri.

He is survived by: his son John L. "Johnny" Perri Jr. (Tara) of Stonewood; his granddaughter Blakelynn Perri; and his siblings, Marty Perri of Clarksburg and Margaret "Susie" Perri of Spelter.
