He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert "John" Marple and Donna Foutty Marple; his brother John Marple; and his nephew Joshua Marple. He is survived by: his wife Darbie Marple; his son Joseph "Joe" Marple, Jr. of Clarksburg; his siblings, David Marple (Tammy) of Clarksburg and Karen Vaughn (Mike) of Ligonier, PA; his sister-in-law Kelly Marple of Keyser; and his close friend Mike Angiulli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
