Joyce Ann Simmons Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Ann Simmons of Clarksburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Winemiller and Barbara Cartwright; and her husband Lawrence "Butch" Herbert Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Dave Simmons (Kelly Jo), Lawrence Simmons II of Clarksburg, Christina Simmons, Charles Simmons of Parkersburg and Joseph Mauller of Grafton; her grandchildren, Jordan Simmons, Kierra Shipley, Noah Hodge, Chelsea Mauller, Anthony Mauller, Tyson Simmons and Piper Simmons; her siblings, Rhonda Barr (Anthony) of Cleveland, OH, Joey Cartwright (Jackie), Janet Hall and Preston Cartwright; Ike Ludwick of Philippi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
