It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Rae Evans of Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Basil B. Bartlett; her husband Joseph Evans, Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia Rumple, Jack Bartlett, Don Bartlett, Janice Landreth, Diane Ledbetter and Joanne Walker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Bartlett, Jerry Bartlett, Linda LaFlam, Carol Jensen Frost and Sharon Shearer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Humane Society of Harrison County.
