He is survived by: his wife Julie Shay Mascia; his children, Sarah Freeman of Clarksburg, Lizzie Winkler (Travis) of Clarksburg and Gregory Mascia (Brooklynn Teeple) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Aaliyah Freeman, Kensley Winkler and Amelia Winkler; his siblings, Karen Reynolds of Plattsburgh, NY and Steve Mascia (Marilyn) of New Port Richey, FL; and his pet Rose.
