He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norris (Willy) and Effa Norris; his wife Betty; his brothers, Merle, Doug, Paul and David; and his sister-in-law Jean Goldsmith.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Linda) of Hedgesville, WV and Lori (Brent) of Stuarts Draft, VA; his grandsons, Seth (Erin) of San Antonio, TX, Justin (Emily) of Colorado Springs, Christian of Stuarts Draft, VA, Gabriel of Stuarts Draft, VA, Isaiah of Stuarts Draft, VA and Brandon (Kara) of Newport Beach; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Margo, Grace, Levi, Ava and Katie; his sibling's children, Patty Hedrick, Mary Ann Ribas, Pam Kovacs, Cara, Lisa, Julie Stackpole, Larry, Dwight, Bruce, Keith Norris, Bill and Jeff Stackpole; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Gay, Debbie Drost and Mary Rosencrance.
