He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bird Mills; and his siblings, David Meadows of Clarksburg, C. William Meadows, II of Maryland, Patricia Alexander (James) of Chesapeake, VA and Mary Meadows (Patrick) of Fairmont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
