With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Sue Burnside of Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on November 7, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Lillian may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lillian touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Michael and Almira Elizabeth Myers Flanagan; her husband James "Jim" Richard Burnside; and her sister Sally Michael Vore. She is survived by: her son Leonard "Mike" Michael Johnson (Jamie) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Alexis and Olivia Johnson; and her brother-in-law Bill Vore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
