She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Audra and Gervelene Shirley James Warner; and her brother Richard Audra Warner II. She is survived by: her nieces, Jennifer Spring and Jackie Bolyard of Ft Wayne, IN; her cousins, Dolly Barber of Cottonwood, AZ, Joann Belasco, Phyllis Beard, Jane Lew and Sharon Garrison (Denver); and her sister-in-law Bernice Nichols.
