She is survived by: her husband Gary Lynn Smith; her children, Lindsey R. Jones of Clarksburg, Benjamin J. Childers of Clarksburg, Gary "Lynn" Smith Jr. (Tara) of Salem, James "Jamie" Smith of Salem and Amanda Martin (Tony Sr.) of Salem; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Smith (Destiny), Alaina Smith (Kole Hart), Kevin Smith, Tony Martin Jr. (Hannah), James Smith, Brayden Martin, Gunner Smith, Aleah Smith and Aryannah Martin; her great grandchildren, Raelyn, Oakley, Laiklyn, Adaline and Kannon; and her siblings, Jeffrey Allen Childers (Lois) of Clarksburg, Kay Martin (Stephen) of Clarksburg, John Michael Childers of Clarksburg and Jan Carlton Childers (Leslie) of Clarksburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
