She is survived by: her children, Chauncey Shields (Michelle) of Clarksburg and Brittany Shields-Bailey (Jonathan) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Austin, Jasmine, Jayvin Shields and Naomi Shields-Bailey; and her siblings, James Shields Jr. (Donna), Michael Shields, Mike Cox (Mary), Jeanette Cox Walker, Debbie Cox, David Cox (Jodi), Vonnie Cox, Dale Cox, Susie Hilliard and Dee Dee Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
