He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and May Davis Baker; his grandmother Shaun; his wife Peggy Ann Trader Baker; his siblings, Paul, Edward, Delbert, Harold, Junior, James Baker, Lula Flanigan and Lela Marino; and his sons-in-law, Robert Moore and Ray Kirpatrick.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Jo Moore, Salem, Teresa Jean Kirpatrick and Karen Sue Pigott (Eddie); his grandchildren, Cole Griffin, Hillary Martinez (Bruno), Jessica Griffin, Christina Rittenhouse, Joshua McAtee (Treska), Anna Moore (Tyler) and Katy; and his great grandchildren, Mya, William, Kalcel, Ky'Ana, Brayden, Kenleigh, Paisley, Kimberlynn, Colter, Skyla, Silas, Carson Gum and Isabella Gum. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
