She is survived by: her children, Frank Sipko Jr. (Angela) of Stonewood, WV and Debra Jacobs of Clarksburg, WV; her brother Tony Karakiozis (Carmella) of Bridgeport, WV.; and her grandchildren, Michelle Morgan of Bridgeport, WV, Mason Jacobs (Heather) of Uniontown, PA, Daniel Sipko (Courtney) of Stonewood, WV, Elizabeth Keough of Bridgeport, WV and Johnny Keough (Jessica) of Bridgeport, WV.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
