He was predeceased by : his parents, Freeman Jefferson and Shirley Ann Shuman Conley; his daughter Maryann Conley; and his siblings, Clifford Conley and Mary Keeler.

He is survived by : his wife Goldie Jo Bosley Conley; his children, Michael Jefferson Conley (Jessalyn) and Savannah Jo Hyre (John); his grandchildren, Bentleigh Nicole Hyre and Everlee Jo Hyre; and his siblings, Henry Conley and Cathy Crowder (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
