It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael O'Kelly (Clarksburg, West Virginia), who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jabez O'Kelly and Genevieve Hawkins; his brother Gary O'Kelly; and his wife Marilyn O'Kelly. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen O'Kelly and Kirsten DeVono; his grandchildren, Michael Harris, Lauren Harris and Joey DeVono; and his siblings, Sharon Youngdahl and Dennis O'Kelly.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor his memory are encouraged to observe World Harmony Day on July 2nd, read his writings, engage in thoughtful conversation, or perform an act of kindness in someone else's life—practices he believed could change the world, one moment at a time.
