He is survived by: his mother Barbara Sims Cerullo of Buckhannon; his brother Richard Cerullo (Jennifer Small) of Buckhannon; his nieces, Tegan Page of Buckhannon and Peyton Cerullo of Buckhannon; and his friend Ryan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
