He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Webb and Rose Webb; his daughter Rose Marie Moyers-Webb; his brother Tom Webb; and his nephew Michael "Mikey" Davisson.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard Alan Webb II (Melissa) and David Michael Webb (Valerie); his grandchildren, Elissa, Jarrett Donahue, Hannah, Jacob Flowe, Lillie and Adilyn; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Easton and Gatlin; his close friend Shania Barnett; his siblings, Donald Webb (Dorthy), Ronald Webb (Shirley), Sharon Ritchie (Rich), William Webb (Donna), Evelyn Doak (Jim), Debbie Talkington (Ted), Donna Davisson (Eddie), Darlene Skinner, Kim Watson (Tim), Jennifer Watson (Jamie) and Brian Webb (Amanda); his sister-in-law Carla Webb; and also, Amethyst, Jolene and Stoney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
