He is survived by: his wife Lillian McNeeley Cogar; his children, Thomas Cogar (Sherry) of Glenville, Michael Cogar (Jennifer) of Clarksburg and Joseph Cogar (Samantha) of Arlington Addition; and his grandchildren, Zane, Cole Cogar, Odin Cogar, Rillee, Madeline, Charlie Jean and Oliver Cogar.
