He is survived by: his wife Donna Kimberley Cooper Hughes; his daughters, Lindsay Bowman (Nathan) of Morgantown and Lauren Hughes (Luke Lopez) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Natalie Bowman, Lucy Lopez, Lennon Lopez and Luca Robert Michael Lopez; and his siblings, James Hughes (Diane) of Baltimore, Maryland and Suellen Briggs (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
