He was predeceased by: his mother Claudia Lough Butcher; his grandparents, Claude, Alma Lough, Edward and Emma Butcher; his daughter Jennifer Butcher; his grandson Shayne Butcher; and his brother Steven Butcher.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Butcher-Patrick of Illinois, Robert Butcher II of Illinois and Christopher Myers of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Eric and Brittany; his sister Terry Shingleton (Brad) of Salem; and his cousin E. R. C. C.. He is also survived by 3 Great-Grandchildren.
