He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia E. Cutlip of Clarksburg, Doloris Christy (Paul), Linda Lees of Columbus, OH, Terry Richards of Charleston, WV, Leroy Richards (Marcia) of War, WV, Steve Richards (Debbie) of Clarksburg, Cathy Marie DeHart (Earl "J. R.") of Colonial Heights, VA and Joseph "Michael" Richards (Jeanne) of Clarksburg; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Richards of Petersburg, VA and Karen Richards Allman of Salem, WV.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
