He is survived by: his wife Connie Campbell Chandler; his daughters, Shirley Chandler (Rodney Kelley) of Clarksburg and Tiffaney Chandler (Jory Rymel) of Clarksburg; and his grandchildren, Hunter Chandler, Ashton Bosley, Cory Bosley and Jacob Wiggs.
