He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel James Hart, Sr. and Hazel O. Hart (Stevens); his wife Connie Radcliff; his brother Samuel James Hart, Jr.; and his grandson Michael Runyan.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal L. Hayhurst (John) of Clarksburg, Amber D. Call of Clarksburg, Patty Wagner (Mike) of Salem, Elizabeth Fagan (Michael) of Bridgeport, Nicole Kerns of Clarksburg and David Riffle (Caitlan) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lia of Felicity, TJ, Anna, Kylie, Brendon, Colebie, Avery, Alexis, Simon and Nikira; his brother Mark Hart of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his former wife Kathy Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a few great grandchildren.
