He is survived by: his close friend Vickie Stahl; his children, Zachary Harper of Fairmont and Pauletta Cogar of Bridgeport; his grandson Logan Summers; his siblings, Sheila Shockley (Kirk) of Winter Park, FL and Ricky Harper; and his pet Minna.
