Patricia Barberio Hall wrote a sympathy message

“You used to call me your pride, but all I ever wanted was to be your little child forever. No matter how much I grow, a part of me still longs for the days when I could run into your arms without a second thought—when the world felt safe simply because you were in it. Life keeps moving forward, but my heart clings to the moments when your hand held mine, steady and strong. If I could, I’d trade all the years ahead just to go back—to be your little child once more, if only for a moment.”
