Though Scott may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Scott leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Harper and Lillian Lang Harper; his daughter Veronica Harper; the parent of his child Robin of Fairmont; his daughters, Tojhia and Courtney Dawson; and his sister Sandy Earley of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He was also cherished by grandchildren.
