He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Welks Eubank; his children, Kaitlyn Eubank of Masontown, PA, Michael Eubank of Los Angeles, CA, Aaron Reed and Ashley Rhodes (Jason); his grandchildren, Aubrionna Baker, Adilynn Baker, Hayden Reed, Mia Reed, Arabella Reed and Gracia Knight; and his siblings, Nancy Higginbotham (Ron) of Clarksburg, Tresa Eubank of Clarksburg, Sandy Gill of Clarksburg and Gene Eubank (Vera). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
