Chipps (Shawna) of West Union and Janie Cottrill (Tim); his grandchildren, Josh Cottrill, Logan Chipps (Sara Beth), Whitney Marie Chipps, Kylee (Dylan Cayton) and Luke Chipps; his great grandchildren, Ander Lewis White and Paisley Hope Cayton; and his brother Cloyd Chipps Monongahela (Carol). He is also survived by his family and friends.
