He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Wallace and Mary Alta Phillips; his granddaughter RaeAnne Hardy; and his siblings, Edward, Paul, James, Jesse, David, Charles, Fremon Wallace, Dortha Hovenetz, Grace Jenkins, Edith Vayda and Shirley Wallace-Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Wallace (Toma) of Clarksburg, Cherri Hardy (Dennis) and Chris Lyons (Stacy); his grandchildren, Cody Hardy (Mike), Bryce Fox, Braylon Hardy, Kenneth Fox (Hunter), Lucas Wallace, Montana Wallace, Andrew Lyons, Jesse Lyons, Richard Lyons and Taylor Lyons; his great grandchildren, Robert Beasi, Baya, Liam, Penelope Green and Jackson Skinner; and his brother Lenvile Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Amos Carvelli Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expense.
