He is survived by: his children, Steve Newlon (Andrea) of Bridgeport, Mandi Newlon and Cassie Newlon (David Pumphrey) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Camden Riley, Payton Riley, Lucas Newlon, Jaxon Newlon, Hudson Pumphrey and Hynlee Pumphrey; and his siblings, Ray Newlon (Brenda) of Florida, Jeff Newlon (Pam) of South Carolina, Ralph Newlon (Mary Ellen) of Minnesota, Jarold Newlon (Leslea) of Virginia and Pamela Reneau (William) of Bridgeport, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
