She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Moore and Dorothy Ellen Dawson Moore; her husband William Powell; her daughter Laura Lee O'Brien; and her siblings, Sharon Seech and Randal Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Nicola of Irwin, PA, Frances Taylor of Martinsburg, WV, Angela Randolph (Timothy) of Greensburg, PA and Sherry McNemar (Daniel) of Clarksburg, WV.; her grandchildren, Tim Wolford, Noel Davis, Samantha Sullivan (Dan), Kole Randolph, Daniel McNemar, Jr. (Ashley) and Dakota McNemar; her great grandchildren, Addison Wolford, Timmy Wolford, Josie Wolford, Teagan Sullivan, Taryn Sullivan, Ethan McNemar and Hadley McNemar; her sister Charlotte Monroe of Philippi, WV; and her son-in-law Kevin O'Brien of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In keeping with her generous and selfless nature, Terry made the decision to donate her body to the West Virginia University Human Gift Registry.
