He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph P. Flaherty and Genevie Marie "Chick" Flaherty (Capicola); his grandparents, Sam, Cloey Baker Capicola, Pat and Mary E. Joyce Flaherty; his siblings, Anthony, Patricia, Lucy and Mary Jo Flaherty of Clarksburg; and his aunt Beverly Flaherty of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Harrison County Catholic Schools 127 E. Pike Street Clarksburg, WV 26301.
