We are sad to announce that, on October 13, 2025, at the age of 73, Vicki Winning of Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Vicki's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Vicki has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Hodge and Vivian Grey Hodge (Demastus); and her in-laws, Edward and Inez Winning. She is survived by: her husband James Edwin Winning.
