He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Plaugher and Velma E. Garrett Plaugher. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his siblings, Rodney Plaugher (Trudy), Rhonda Zirkle (Ted), Harold "Lynn" Plaugher, Cindy Hart (Mike) and Sheri Kennedy (Mark); and his pets, Alex and Willow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
