She was predeceased by: her brother Michael D. Adkins. She is survived by: her fathers, Duane Adkins of Newton and Mark Fox of Dover, Ohio.; her son Nicholas Fox of Newton; and her siblings, Kenton Duffield of North Carolina, Duane Fox of Newton, Ronnie Fox of Clay and Samantha Adkins of Newton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
