He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Okla Duffield and Callie Bell Hayes Duffield; his daughter Amamda Harris; and his siblings, Gorden Duffield, Glen Duffield, Scott Duffield, Blandus Keener and Evelyn Self.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Duffield (Jennifer) of Clay and Chris Duffield of Ohio; and his sisters, Blanch McCracken, Elizabeth Manning, Irene Sears, Opal Duffield, Edna Snodgrass and Pauline Adkins. He is also survived by several grandchildren and one great grandchild.
