She is survived by : her sons, Jason Matthew Penn of Orlando, Florida and John Michael Penn III of Orlando, Florida; her brother Jeffrey Wayne Sears of Maysel, WV; and her grandchildren, James Morgan Penn, John Michael Penn IV and Piper Jane Penn.
