He is survived by: his wife Judy Lynn Douglas Treadway; his children, Michael "Mike" Treadway, Jr. (Patty) and Jodi Bristow; his grandchildren, Christopher (Ailene), Brian (Tamra), Andrew (Jovie), Shane (Vanessa) and Katelyn (Joe); his great grandchildren, Holden, Nova, Sirinity, Nevaeh, Sebastain, Dean, Leo, Karissa, Shane, Santiago, Emiliano, Nikolai and Aleks; and his brother Charles Treadway (Barbara).
