He is survived by: his wife Joyce "Kitty" Moles Bailey; his daughter Melissa Moore (Gregory); his stepdaughter Angela French Williams; his son Brian Bailey (Sarah); his stepson Allen Scarbro; his grandchildren, Jamie Bailey, Jason Bailey, Shawn Stafford, Tim Bailey, Codie Moore, Amanda Stone and Christopher Moore; his great grandchildren, Calla, Isaiah, Lucas, Teal, Brantley, Camryn, Cannan, Wrenleigh, Oaklee, Liam, Declan, Charlie and Lorelei; and his sister Georgie Neal. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ewing Creek Church (129 Calvary Ln, Clear Creek, WV 25044). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM.
